Membership Terms

  • Monthly memberships are subject to automatic renewal and billing.

  • Monthly memberships entail a duration of 12 months, with payments scheduled on a monthly basis.

  • Annual memberships require a one-time payment, providing full access for 365 days.

  • Cancellation of membership must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the billing date to avoid automatic renewal.

Billing

Refunds

  • Pink Note Society does not issue refunds for any reason.

Intellectual Property

  • All content available on the Pink Note Society website is the intellectual property of Pink Note Society.

Usage Rights

  • Members have the right to access and use the content provided during their active membership. This is limited to the individual use as it pertains to the members’ business purposes.

  • Creating any generating-source of income from content provided on the Pink Note Society is strictly forbidden.

  • Utilization of content by non-members without payment is considered plagiarism.

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are considered payment for access to specific content included in the membership.

Unauthorized Issues

  • Any attempt to duplicate or sell content provided by Pink Note Society may result in legal action.

Payment Issues

  • In the event of non-payment or insufficient funds when attempting to process payment, access to the platform will be denied after 30 days of non-payment.

  • Access will be reinstated upon receipt and clearance of payment.

Compliance

  • Pink Note Society and its representatives are not licensed loan officers.

  • All compliance, RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act), and other legal matters related to financial or real estate transactions are the sole responsibility of the Member.

  • Members are advised to seek professional advice from licensed professionals for any legal or compliance-related matters.

By purchasing membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Membership Contract and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Pink Note Society.

Pink Note Society reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to Members.
